Family Movie Night November 29th, 2017

Come out for "Dinner and a Movie" with us!

Our very popular Family Movie Night is returning to WPS on November 29th! Come out for "dinner and a movie" or just a movie and snacks with your family and your friends from our school community.

Our students were surveyed and two popular movies were chosen to entertain different age groups:

"Captain Underpants" will be showing in the gym (K-4)
"Spiderman Homecoming" will be showing in the library (5-8)

Admission $3 a person or 2 for $5

Pizza dinner pre-orders as well as popcorn and other snacks will be available for purchase. Orders for dinner have been sent home to be returned to school or ordered online no later than November 27th .

All proceeds go to supporting our school but mostly to supporting our community spirit! Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Student-Led Conferences - this year on EDSBY!

Family/staff interviews are set for the evening of Thursday November 22, 2018 and the morning of Friday November 23, 2018. This year we will use of an online process through Edsby to manage our interview scheduling.

Edsby is an intuitive, cloud-based platform that will allow families to easily reserve times to meet with their child’s teachers. YRDSB in partnership with Edsby have created a secure platform that protects the privacy of information for our YRDSB families.

Families will need to create an Edsby account to access the online appointment scheduler for their child’s teachers for interviews. Only families who create an Edsby account prior to the schedule being opened November 7th will have access. For more information on EDSBY please see http://www.edsby.com/help/parents/.

Westminster PS is pleased to announce that we will be using an online process through Edsby to manage our Parent Teacher Interviews/Student Led Conferences scheduled for Nov 22 & 23, 2018.
