Lunchbox Orders at Westminster PS

Dear Parents,                                              
Our School Council is happy to share that Lunchbox Orders will be offered at Westminster Public School this school year.  Look out for the letter sent home today. 

Not familiar with Lunchbox Orders? Lunchbox Orders is a convenient, online ordering platform featuring local restaurants. An ordering calendar has been coordinated for the Westminster community and can be found at      

All orders are submitted on the website and payment is processed on-line by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Visa Debit.  Visa and MasterCard prepaid cards are also accepted as a payment method.    

The lunch calendar is NOW open and features the following options:   
How to Order: 
1. Go online at and click “ORDER LUNCH”. 
2. New to Lunchbox Orders?  Click “Create an Account” to register your family’s account. 
3. Already registered?  Please login directly with your current user name (e-mail address) and password. 
4. Add your child to your account by clicking “add a student” and register your child with their new teacher and grade.  
5. Click “Order Now” (beside your child’s name) to access the school’s ordering calendar. 
6. Proceed with ordering your child’s lunch by clicking on the blue box for each restaurant featured.  

The Benefits: 
1. With every meal purchased, a contribution will be made to the school’s fundraising program. 
2. Lunchbox Orders is paperless and cashless. Ordering online is fast and easy! 
3. All menu items featured are compliant with the Ontario Ministry of Education’s Food and Beverage Policy. 
4. Orders may be placed weekly or in advance, for the full length of the program.    

Dates to Remember: 
• The lunch calendar is now open and orders may be placed as of Monday, September 18, 2017. 
• Delivery is scheduled to begin Monday, October 2, 2017.    
• Sunday, October 1st at NOON (12pm) is the ordering deadline for the first scheduled delivery. 
• All orders, updates and cancellations must be submitted by Sunday at noon for the following week.   
• Please note, new orders will not be accepted after the Sunday deadline.

Lunchbox Orders - Program Cancelled

Dear Parents, This is to inform you that due to low student enrollment in LunchBox orders we have to cancel this program for the rest of the school year.  The week of December 17th to 21st will be the last week you can place your orders.   If you have any other suggestions in any other lunch programs please let us know. Booking Student-Led Conferences on EDSBY

Friday, November 2 nd , 2018 Dear Parents / Guardians: Westminster PS is pleased to announce that we will be using an online process through Edsby to manage our Parent Teacher Interviews/Student Led Conferences scheduled for Nov 22 & 23, 2018. Edsby is an intuitive, cloud-based platform that will allow families to easily reserve times to meet with their child’s teachers. YRDSB in partnership with Edsby have created a secure platform that protects the privacy of information for our YRDSB families. Families will need to create an Edsby account to access the online appointment scheduler for their child’s teachers for Student Led Conferences.
